Airport Pick up

Palm Green Vacations offers standard and luxury transportation services that await you at the airport with a sign with your name or constant communication by WhatsApp for meeting you at the airport. The private concierge that assigned to your property, you can join our tours and the activities or get the information about the country and the neighborhood. Our company offers such private tours, family photo shoots, island trips, adventure buggies, helicopter tours and the cultural tours that you can make a memory with your family.

For airport pick-up, the guest needs to inform us in advance about their flight information on the arrival time and landing gate. There are 2 gates at the airport of Punta Cana, A and B.

Why do we offer the service?

At the airport, there is no taxi system or organized rates and most of our guests are not aware of where their property is. They will try to negotiate with you and insist at the airport and we would like that our guests start their experience with us happy and relax. We are very careful about security issues as well. If you leave or forget any item in a taxi of the airport, there is no way to contact the driver and the company is not responsible for the process of negotiation by the guest’s loss.

We want that our guests begin their vacations with the best possible peace and tranquility where our concierges that offer pickups are 100% endorsed by the company and will take you directly to the property and will assist you in your check-in and check-out.

Remembering guests can also coordinate their return to the airport at the time of check-in with the concierge. Right after finishing the check-in process we are providing a grocery shopping with additional USD 30 for go, wait till you finish your shopping and return back to the property that you will be staying.
